Treasurer Duties

 

Duties: 

 

The treasurer maintains custody of the funds for the Sun Lakes Computer Booters club.

He has the responsibility to:

·        Deposits membership due collected by the Membership Chairperson in a bank designated by the Board of Directors.

·        Makes financial reports to the board at the monthly board meetings.

·        Disburses funds for authorized expenses of operating the club. The board approves all expenses greater than $100.
