Duties:
- Attend
regular monthly membership meetings and act as greeter and introduce
presenter
- Plan,
organize and introduce the presentation at the monthly general meeting
- Coordinate
presenters schedule and equipment needs
- Coordinate
presenter’s door prizes
- Attend
Board meeting
- Coordinate
presenters program and background material with Newsletter editor,
Publicity director and Webmaster
- Write
a monthly newsletter column on upcoming programs
- Substitute
in place of the President during his/her absence
