Volunteer Responsibilities

Volunteers are recruited to assist with the monthly general and SIG meetings, some of the duties involved are:

 

·        Set up and take down of Screen and Projector

·        Membership desk Staff –

o       Welcome members on arrival  

o       Signup guests  

o       Hand out door prize tickets

·        Control Lights and Fans

• Closing and Opening Draperies
• Handling Microphones for Questions from the membership
• Assist a SIG Meeting
• Assist at Workshops
